Does anyone know of a good source for water buffalo horn in the US, currently I am looking at Highland horn out of the UK, is this the best deal, or has anyone seen anything better?

Peter Cua in the Philippians ships buffalo horn to the US. his email is [email protected]
They don't have there prices on the site anymore, I'm not sure why, but I think the prices ranged from 8 to 15 British pounds depending on the length of the horn. I sent a message to them asking about pricing and shipping.

Highlandhorn is the best, Martin Hyslop knows enough about horns for bowery to deliver you well, great supplier.
Peter is a very interesting man, he offers a lot of horns, even white ones, we emailed a lot, but till today no deal with him???

I agree with redhawk. I also had a lot of e-mailing with peter and he seems to be a interesting man with some very nice crafted stuff. It was difficult to get a deal so i by all my horn s from Martin, with no problem he gave me a replace horn for free when one had a big crack so he is a serious business man.
ya I found this site yesterday while doing some searching, I will compare the prices with Highland Horn. I imagine the shipping would be cheaper on the one in the US, but Highland seems to be the safest in terms of quality garantee. Has anyone had experience getting horn from www.chichesterinc.com?

I found that out as well, not without huge orders at least. though he seemed to think I might be able to convince his US retailer to get some of the buffalo horn in with his next shipment. I haven't persued that yet since I was just looking into options.
If there were multiple people in the US interested in it it might be easier to convince his US retailer to order some.

I contacted Chichester and all they have are small horns. The largest they ever handle are whole raw horns of about 22" LOA.
On another note, I may be able to provide high quality horns in the next few months.
