Hebrew seal depicting an archer
Got this from a wargaming mailing list. Interestingly, the seal in question seems to be showing a left-handed archer!

(It's not as strange as it sounds--it's a seal after all, and the impression it'd leave when pressed into a clay tablet would depict an ordinary right-handed archer.)

As I read it the image shown is a right handed archer. An impression of this would be a left handed archer. This would be no great anomaly for the era being discussed as today.
What would be interesting would be an expert Judean archer of the era.

for his bowhand he use a well know technic used specially in shrilanka:
he is a right archer and instead to put his bowhand on normal way he turn his hand so the outside become inside and the thumb is down
the arrow if on the right side of the bow is on the little finger
if on the left side it is on the arm
