i can tell you ,
it made form the rosin and castor-oil, the alcohol use for smelt rosin and castor-oil, after the rosin smelt at alcohol , put the fluid(alcohol and rosin) SLOWLY to the water(100c amd the water be fast gyrate),this step used for refine the rosin , the water used for weed out oxide and oil of rosin,
after this step done , mix the alcohol-rosin and alcohol-castor-oil, the castor-oil can fast dry the rosin and smooth it , before use it make a bow ,it need 18c-20c temperature, if the temperature low ,need put more castor-oil, you can test the result of one layer dry, then use a knife put many layer to the bow , one layer dryed put a new layer,

if this bow used at summer, it will turn more soft, winter will easy to break
