Kasan and reflex
I made this 46 inch bow some weeks ago and I break a kasan twice. I did shot it and made a fd-curve before it break. I got 219 fps with 380 grains (5.5 grains/lb), an efficiency about 70%.

Upper bow is first brace, you can see the weak kasan. Lower bow today with new horn under kasan and more sinew at kasan eye and kasan.
I made new fd-curve and got 0.2 lower energy and 2-3 lb lower weight.
This is the graphs.

With the thicker kasan I lost some efficiency and speed. Still its a ok target bow but if I had the higher efficiency it had been really nice bow.
It has not more then 1.5 inch reflex at kasan eye but have this humph at the fd-curve. I have for some time had my doubt about the high reflex in bows, does it do so much?
