it is said that "there are no joints" in the "shoulder region" of the bow
and that the bow is made of 3 pieces
does that really mean that the SIYAHS are NOT spliced but continuous with the SAL ? (its not further explained)

Turkish bows can be made in 3 or 5 pieces. In this research, two bows that I examined were 3 pieces bows . And yes, there were no any joint between siyahs and kasan. I couldnt find 5 pieces bow for CT scanning yet.
