There's no translation. I didn't have permission to get it translated and there was no-one competent in the old writing system at that time. Nowadays it should not be a problem. Perhaps they have already got a translation - at least into Cyrillic - available.

I think it may be a 1950s text containing quotations from older texts and some folklore. It would be good if your friend could give a summary of the sort of things in it, so that we could see if it's worth translating. According to Munkhtsetseg, there was no earlier text on archery in the Mongolian National Library.
That sounds interesting, lets see..
