why we get rid of bamboo skin
we get rid of bamboo skin:
1)to let bamboo become very smooth,so,almost nothing resistance when it fly,and bamboo skin will also refuse varnish absorb,so,it look ugly
2)sand out all skin also make it heating uniform:same spine with all direction for 1 shaft,so,this points is more scientic way than japan or korean bamboo shafts making,yes?
3)without bamboo skin is uniform carbonization ,it looks great class colour ,important is spine uniforn,and this points is may be more advanced skill than japan and korean,i don't see them do bamboo shafts with carbonization process,just heat and make them straighten.and make hole to leave air pass.i consider our process is more scientific and advanced ,but many people don't know it

so,as if my price is too lower compare with japan and korean,as i feel our shafts are better quality than japan and korean,as we use more adavanced modern technology to making,and i am sure our shafts have more precise at target,as we have 1 same spine shafts at each direction.
How do you get rid of the skin?
Looking at the shafts it looks like it is mechanically processed to make it uniform, round and to get rid of the skin as well as the nodes. How much of the bamboo wall si sacrificed for this process? I am asking because bamboo has the tendency to break at the nodes if they are thinned too much.
Traditional methods use a simple knife to remove just the skin and then file just the node area by hand. Do you remove anything else than the skin in the segment area?
i just say:we sand them by machine and little work of handcraft,and it is 10years the exprenced worker job:remove the skin and still remain the enough stiff of the bamboo,that is why we choice tonkin not thinner wall of bamboo.all depend on exprecned,not math or scientific data,as bamboo is natural material,we must treat it use natural way,not come from mould.natural way is experence,it ineed 5-10 years worker to have it automaticlly when they do more and more shafts.so,i say we improve the quality without end,so, no standards for my shafts,from this point of view,my shafts quality should be belong to ferrari quality class,not BMW or BENZ( many person call japan and korean shafts quality)Storm wrote:
