I try to follow the suggestion of Jiao writing some news about me and my archery practice. More perhaps later... 8)
I read very interesting things on Atarn, I just return at work from holidays (two weeks in the south of Italy), some health problems that bugs me even if not seriously. I cannot bear hard training in the last month, but in the last training I had the feeling of a little step more in position, release etc., and this feeling was confirmed by better results on target (grouping more my arrows with some nocks breaked) at 18 mt. This is also the result of my membership in Atarn, so thanks to you all.
