Glue from deepfried bladders
Has anyone tried to make glue out of deep fried fishbladders?
Went to an oriental foods store and they came up with one bag of the real thing.They have lots of the puffy looking pieces but they are obviously deepfried although they call it dried fishmaw. The real thing is very hard to get,they say.I live near Windsor,Ontario and it just isn,t Toronto or Vancouver.Looking forward to any suggestions.

I have not, but freezing hide glue in liquid from is pretty common, so I see no reason why they would not work.
