Ram (sheep) horn bow shooting demo

Yokhua; Nice bow. What kind of ram's horns? Domestic? Do you have some comments about the quality of sheep horn?

Jack, The ram horns I got are from Tibet 7 years ago.. I saw some one have it in a night market here.. So ! I ask him about and then bought all 20 pieces of ram horns from him..

The color of horns is white, and the size of its cross section is like a man's fist..

It is much smaller then Argali horn.. I guess it should be domestic..

The sheep horn is much softer and pliable then water buffalo horn.. I say maybe 10 Lb's less then a bow making from water buffalo horns..

But I kind of like it because it is very flexible..

Was the horn exessively curvy. I think sheep horn is (are there breeds without this ?).

Are you sure the horn was not from Ibex? They are native of the region and historical bow source. They are also endanged...

I would love to hear how the horn was processed...

The bow does look like Qing one on my untrained eye...
