about the arrows with vane
hi guys how are you? I am new to traditional archery. I have a quesion about the arrows that used for the asian tradional archery. I currently orderd some arrows with 2" vane, i tried couple times ,but it didnt work well. I dont know if anyone have any suggestion to modify the vane so it can be used for asian tradional archery?
by the way i heard the a lots of korean archers do shoot arrows with vane, how is this? Thank you very much!

The vanes are soft plastic and the way they are shot minimises contact with the hand and the side of the bow. They are made this way for cheapness, but if you are just learning it would be better to replace them with feathers.
