The core is made of five pieces:north american maple for the handle and limbs,a kind of oak for the ears.Water-buffalo horn,cattle sinew from the rear legs tendons.I covered the sinew with green thin silk fabric.The bow is sealed with a few coats of copal varnish.The decoration is made using brass powder(I know,gold is better...) mixed with the same copal varnish.I use a nib pen to draw.

Also I dont see tonc knot on string but maybe it is from picture.
