Chinese archery seminar and lectures, March 22-24, Georgia
Hi!
Jaap Koppedrayer and myself will organize a three day seminar of Chinese archery complemented by evening lectures.
In the day time will will be shooting various historical targets on historical distances, and use all kinds of traditional training methods under the guidance of Jaap and myself.
Guest lecturers will be Justin Ma and Jie Tan who will elaborate on their research on the style of Gao Ying. I will present the latest finds in my Manchu archery research and Jaap will fill us in on the relationship between Japanese martial archery styles and various Chinese styles.
The event will be held at Jaap's place in Georgia from the 22nd to 24th of March. Places are limited so please register soon!
