Very nice bow and good shooting. I always appreciate when the target is also shown in a video. Do you notice that the bow hand pushes downward a little as the bow is drawn? Is this comfortable? Why did you choose asymmetric design? Thanks for posting.

Well the bow is very comfortable to shoot and draw, i really could not feel nothing strange in drawing the bow.
I made this bow after thinking about optimization, i knew that a bow that shoot the arrows from the middle of the bow would be faster, have less handshock. All the modern glass fiber flatbows(longbows as they call them) are made this way. And for a reason....

But the movie 13 Assassins inspired me the most, in the final battle scene they were shooting bows, similar to the Yumi bow but the "warbow" version of the Yumi not the ceremonial bow it was shorter. And that got me interested in making a powerfull bow similar in design with the bow in the movie.
In the future i will make a bamboo trilam version a bit longer to replicate the long draw's and to replicate the true model from the movie. Around 140#-160# at 36" i recon would do the job.
