Flight shooting over the Bosporus

from another forum (fletchers corner) I got the hint that last year Joseph Monus announced a shooting over the bosporus: http://www.origo.hu/sport/20111013-monu ... je-el.html
The Google translation is not to good but I do understand that this was suppose to happen in summer 2012. Does somebody here know more about it?
