Gluing horn with wood turkish hornbow

I make core wood for turkish bow,and i have horn for gluing
already done the grooves, but do not know how I glue,
I have a fish glue in flakes, what What should be the concentration of glue, the number of layers and layers of drying time

Kamil,
only use the fish glue if it is made from fish bladders. Do not try using fish glue made from fish leftovers... When in doubt, use good quality hide glue.
But avoid bone glue.
I don't remember the best concentration of water/glue for the initial coatings, and can't look it up right now, unfortunately.
However, the parts should be thoroughly warmed and then covered 10-20 times with thinned-down glue until they begin to glisten everywhere.
Then apply thick glue and begin pressing the parts together.
It is very well described in Adam Karpowicz's book, but I gather it would be a bit late for you to order it now...
