Korean bow dimensions
Can anybody help me with limb dimensions in terms of thickness f or a korean bow? Obviously Adam's book describes this very well for a turkish bow but finding this info for a korean bow is proving challenging. Would one include at least a 2mm thickness reduction from the neck (or slightly beyond that) to the mid sal and then keep it the same thickness until the tip splice joint?
Most korean bows I've read about seem to be thinner than turkish bows for roughly the same poundage e.g. Jeffery Schmidt mentions total limb thickness only being 5/16 of an inch. Is this because korean tips are more recurved than turkish bows?
Sorry for the questions but I plan to add sinew to my korean bow very soon and I could use some help.
