I'va a question.

I don't understand what he say.
He prepare sinze glued on a piece of aluminium.
I understand so that :
- he gets always the same dimensions.
- using a hot plate, he can heat the aluminium profile.
- he can weight the amount of sinew he put on the alu profile.
Then he put hot glue ( without weighting ) with ? brush and he comb the sinew to orient it and distribute the glue.
But I've some questions.
- how liong stay the glued sinew on the alu profile ?
- hom many ?C ?
- perhaps he wait that temp?rature degrease gently ?
I ask me these questions because later I see him taking oof teh glued sinew like a piece of sticky tape. No glue on his hand, no glue falling down the glued sinew.
I supose he speak hungarian. Somebody understand hungarian ?

I don't understand a word of it, but it sounded like a meeting in a women's sewing circle. Markus :wink:
He is leaving the sinew on the pre-heated aluminium tray to dry at least 20 minutes. Time is depending on the room temperature. Sinewing takes place in a heated room so you might have to take the sinew outside to dry a bit faster. But you have to wait at least 20-30 minutes. So you will need at least 2 aluminium trays to speed the procedure up.
Once the sinew is dry (you will be able to tell easily) you will be able to peel it off with a knife or a scalpel. Then you can apply it to the pre-glued surface by gently using the heat gun as you can see it on the video. the video speaks for itself. Great video by the way.
