Very interesting to see your experiment to use short strips of horn on a turkish bow. Not really fits for the style but it works :)
If like to test your bow in flight shoot, than reduce from the feathers and make some arrows for this bow. For a 30# bow schould make max 6mm lightweight arrows.
Anyway it looking a fine tillered fast litle bow ;)

The bluish arrows and then the greenish ones in the last picture are amazing.
What designs do you have on the greenish ones? I can't tell.
Did you use lacquer paints? You should try using sinew instead of string on the nocks since sinew is nearly see-through when dried.
