Dear Members,

I took some photos of a Turkish bow from the Islamic Art Exhibition at the Museum of Applied Arts in Budapest.
The bow is from the early 17th century. All other weaponry items of this small exhibition are, according to the given information, ceremonial weapons. This is not mentioned in particular for the bow, as it is for the other items.
The bow has some interesting features like birch bark cover and brownish horn.

Arry, you are welcome. Sorry for the bad quality, mobile phone.
The museum is announcing a much bigger constant exhibition of Islamic art compiled from its collection soon. I guess we can expect more archery items.

It's hard to tell from the pictures, but the arrows do look like they might be Crimean Tatar.

Here's the description and the quivers. It's all described as Turkish.
But I also think the arrows look much longer than one would expect for Turkish ones. Or do you judge this by the fletching?
Bede
It was more the look of the nocks. Some Crimean Tatar arrows have Turkish style nocks, but most have wider self nocks. The points did not look like common Turkish ones either either.

The deco on the belly reminds of the bows in Karlsruhe?
