On the Technique of Speed-Shooting
For a few months, I have been speed shooting in the way Lars Andersen shoots. I have gotten to the point to where I can shoot three arrows in less than 1 1/2 seconds, but
I can only hold and fire 6 arrows at once(holding them between thumb and index fingers). I would like to try to shoot at least 10 arrows in this technique, but with the method I'm using
now I can't. I know it is described in ''Arab Archery''(which I have not read by the way) that if you are shooting six arrows, then put 2 arrows in between each finger joint, or if you are shooting 9, then put three
in each finger joint. Now I have tried this many times before, though I cannot figure out how to reload a new row of arrows that are in the next finger joint, should you swing
your index finger underneath the next set, or just nock the arrow from where it sits? If the former method is the correct one to use, do you start from the top or bottom
of the arrows in your hand? If so what release should you use? Currently I am using what I understand to be the Sassanid release, historians, correct me if I'm wrong, but this
would be the release where you lay the index over the arrow shaft and draw the string with your lower fingers, but I find this release to be almost impossible to use when
holding the arrows like it is described in the book Arab Archery. Can one of the other, smarter, speed-shooters on this forum offer some help and advice?

Have you looked at videos on Mihai Cozmei’s Living Arrow Horseback Archery page on Facebook? Or, Armin Hirmer may have addressed that issue in one of his FAQ videos on his Malta Archery videos page on YouTube. Neither of these may address your specific question, but they are a good place to start to look for answers.
I have seen a numerous number of Armin's videos, though I've never come across one that addressed this issue in particular, unfortunately I think both of them shoot in more of the ''Korean'' style
but I will have another look-see and find out what I can find out
