The composite bow was made of wood-cored mulberry with parallel reinforment fibres laminated on the surface (tension back).
The bow was 100cm in length before strung, with a slight recurve in limb ends, 15cm of brace height, and 40 lbs of possible draw weight.
The grip was seperately carved and glued inside the belly. Solid threads were applied to bound up each ends of handle. The centre of handle was wrapped up by cotton threads for comfortable grasp.
The limb was 9mm thick, 25 elongated strands polyamide cord(polyamide, 10#, 282U) were laid on the outside of limb surface, then molded by resin matrix glue.
The bow nocks were glued glassfibre plate to make strengthener, and then infused by resin glue after bound up by threads.
