I suppose that you mean the potential energy Ep of the bows is calculated from the force-draw curves ?
And then Efficiency% = Ec/Ep
Ec being the kinetic energy of the arrow Ec = 1/2 m v2
m being the mass of the arrow
v its speed.

Would you please explain how in practice, you calculated the Potential energy of the bows ?
Is there a way in theory to calculate this potential energy with some accuracy ?
Did you publish and where these results and others in more details ?

The energy stored in the bow is the area under the force-draw curve.
