Best Way to Cut Horn
What do you guys think is the best way to cut horn strips from water buffalo horns? I don't have a bandsaw, but I could buy one. I would prefer to use something else though. Are bowsaws (like the korean bowyers use) an easy way for 1 person. Or is a dremel or air powered tool with a cutting wheel attachment easier?
Bandsaw would probably be quickest, is it hard to free hand cut the strips, or is it best to just glue it do scrap wood and put spacers under it so it doesn't wobble?

Samuraiwarrior, the best way to cut the horn is the bandsaw. I guess you know Adam Karpowocz?s demo to do that job.
All the other possibilties you were thinking of, work fine, but you need more time.
I don?t have experience with the Korean bowsaw, I?ve tried almost every saw. But for to saw the horn by your hands you need a second person to do it allright.
