Crossbow technique
Is there a correct form for traditional shooting with the crossbow in China? Is there a form which is used like that of traditional hand-bow archery, which is intended to relax the shooter, or is crossbow usage simply about hitting the target?
Yes, there were some comments in the early Chinese texts. I have reproduced most of them in 'Chinese Archery'.
