The Hidayat al-Rami and the Kulliyat al-Rami

I've just recently read through (though I've meant to for a while) 'Persian Archery Texts' by E. McEwen. In the article, he says that he has translated chapters 20, 26 and part of 27. He also says that he will publish further chapters as of when he completed them. I only have the JSA-A of upto and including the year 2002 (and the most recent). I therefore will have missed any other translation that may have been published there.
Two questions.
Has McEwen completed any more of the translation (I recognise it is an extremely lengthy process, which I could only shy from) and published it?
If so, where?
I must also say, that if the rest of the document is as informative as the chapters presented, then the document deserves translating and publishing as a volume. Certainly if no one else was prepared to, I'd at least try my hand at Persian.

I keep in regular contact with McEwen. I know he is still working on the translation, but several other things have come up that have slowed his progress. He is also studying Turkish to do some direct translations from Mustafa Kani.
I think there were only two sections published in the JSA-A. I am packing at the moment and cannot get to all my references but if I come across the locations I will post them here.
