my first hornbow want to start---a mongolia hornbow

at first ,looked the picture of this hornbow structure,

length: the length siyah=limb=handel, it is not precise

thickness:the wood layer=sinew layer,the horn layer=sinew+wood

so this hornbow design , main depend on the horn fast oppose,the wood core main in charge of conjunction sinew and horn , it is a shelf ,a few efficiency out put when the shooting,

i find it can be many way,many differ methodology make hornbow

1, V shape 5 part join up, the siyah(it is many part),the limb,the handel
2, the wood core are one(siyah+limb+handel) , at a 3-4 cm thickness wood core cut the deep v shape dent(or tank), pur many wood laminated into the dent
3, it can be a sinew+wood bow ,not need horn
4, it can be a sinew+horn bow, a few wood need

i tend to 2-4 way i before said, at here , i say what a way i want to used the wood laminated ,i decide let the wood layer "(" shape turn "|" shape,
get the aminated like the japan bamboo bow, 2 sort wood building-up used,after cut wood laminated, put it to water soaking, and put to glue soking,

there are some questions, all the sinew, wood, horn ,it's structure is fiber , many layer, then all of them can use hammer get the strings just like sinew? if can not get the fiber of them ,so laminated better .....???

the water buffalo horn structure form china yunnan province,it's structure is >>>>>> , the sheep horn is soft, the yellow caw horn is too stiff ,if the horn are close to the "horn" on your top finger （角质透明，='the horn is transparent' ）,it will easy get the fiber, if you has a cat ,then use scissors cut the horn on his finger end them what will hapen :D

the bladders: if the fresh bladers can be easy "break" or deformation by your fingers it has very good ability hold two bulk(object) surface firm,if the bladder can not esay break, it has very good ability :shrink contraction, it can be very good used for the sinew layer, it's ability same as sinew glue

the wood: there are some wood craft man said to me ,if a tree grow up very fast , it is a low quality,the wood fiber is not dense, maybe the tree need a poor soil,or cut some bough let the tree can not fast growing, or in a very cool place ,such as Russia-canada, form a cut tree surface, your can see the large interval of one year the tree grow up

this two year i has use a few part material sinew horn wood bamboo bladder test it's capability,now i want to make a hornbow find where i am wrong or i am not know it , any advice will be thanks

ps , maybe the bow i want to make is very easy add 30# same as a turkish hornbow?
