Jaap koppedrayer is going to make me a bow. I cannot decide what bow to get. I am not going to buy one of his yumi or horn bows. So that means all thats left is his bamboo bows, and fiberglass bows. Does anyone have any insight on these bows, because I was looking to buy a efficient bow like a turkish bow. But he says he offers a double curve bow that was used by the persians, and northern indians and is around 50 inches in length, and a chinese bow he is using for a movie.-these are his fiberglass bows. His bamboo bows look like just southern indian styles. What do you guys think?
Another question is on a different subject, is what is the most efficient and powerful bow, is it the turkish or korean?-these 2 are what I narrowed down to the most efficient because they are the ones that have the highest technological structures and making of almost all horn bows.

Jaap made me a Chinese Ming style bow which shoots very well.

Is it a hornbow?

Yes. Horn/bamboo/sinew composite with birch bark cover but very heavily lacquered (at my request). It would withstand immersion in water (i.e. the Hong Kong climate :) without harm.

Stephen,

If it isn't too much asking, could you share a picture of your bow, please?
