Sketches/Pictures and Measurement of Crossbow Trigger

Hey guys. I have several questions to ask. I am talking about Han Dynasty Crossbow Triggers BTW
1.Do any of you have pictures of the trigger mechanism and its measurements?

2.Do you have pictures and measurements of the individual parts of the mechanism?

Thank you
Stephen Selby
I can do that without much difficulty; but Han mechanisms were all different sizes. And the sizes were not related to actual use but to the prevailing official regulations about how much bronze (in weight) was allowed to be placed in burials. So they range from tiny to enormous - mostly related to the rank of the person buried.

Thanks for helping me, Stephen. I am interested in a trigger that is most likely to handle 350 lbs of draw-weight.

Ok. But I think you got us confused with your other post: we got the idea that you were looking for a conventional bow that drew 350 pounds.

If you want to follow the Han model, don't go the hornbow route. You make a bamboo leaf spring instead. (See this pic.)

thanks for the pictures, Stephen.

Do you have the pictures and measurements of the triggers ready yet?

Stephen, if you were waiting all these while, I must apologize. Based on the present situation, it seems like I cannot finish building this crossbow.
I might, but there is no guarantee.

My dad and I have gotten into a huge fight. He is saying something along the line of:
"You may be good in school, but I will not tolerate you wasting your time on non-academic subjects "

I admit, Stephen, that I took too much of a long time to build this thing.
I am very disappointed right now, so can you please cheer me up?
