www page of western bows exhibition in Poland
Hello!
I would like to inform you about a new www page of western bows exhibition 'Bow: weapon or sacrum'. There are some pictures that you can find interesting (bows including crimean-tatar, turkish, persian etc, some arrows and points):
http://www.bronczysacrum.pl
(please see under "ekspozycja" = "exposition", page is currently in polish language only)
Exhibition was open from may to december 2009 in city museum of Sokolka, north-eastern Poland. The place is interesting, because of the Polish Tatar settlements in the area (Tatar settlers introduced eastern-type bows in our country)

We hope to prepare in the future a printed catalogue.
Regards,
Michal

Good pictures of interesting objects. I am sure everyone lucky enough to get to the exhibition will learn a lot about archery.
