Mounted Archery in NWU, Xi'an
Mr. Selby, I found a club of equestrianism in Xi'an, which is also interested in the mounted archery. I discuss the possiblity of mounted archery with them. They would like to offer the horse and target freely. Do you think it is possible to test your reconstructed archery ware in the stadium of NWU, Xi'an, as an event of conference? If it is, I will discuss with my colleagues of NWU.
Furthermore, I'd like to ask the interest of Dr. Marsha Levine, who reconstructed the pre-historical saddle in Xinjiang, which is similar with the one in Terra-cotta Musem, whether she would like to attend the conference too, and test her objects with yours together.
I think it will be an interesting archaeological exam.

Yes, I can do that. But please understand that I need half a day to prepare. I can't just jump on any horse and shoot straight away. I need two or three horses to chose from. They should not be ex-racing horses. I need to train them for one hour or so. If they are very good, I can show spear and sword as well. Also I would prefer to have 100-150 metres straight track to run. Please call me on skype to discuss details.
