That does look a lot more refined than the other bow. Did you get to shoot it? How did it perform?
I think that is the one made by the bowyer from the north (I have forgotten his name). He has a Facebook profile too: search for Mongolianbow Archery. I think it the same person. In his photo gallery he has what I think might be a couple of Buryat bows as well.

no I didnt shoot this broken bow - someone else broke it :-X
I shot 2 others from him, which were low-weight but fine
the arrows were quite long (~34'')
his bows are the best from MN I got to see so far
