Does anyone have any information about upcoming archery festivals or seminars within the next several months taking place in mainland, TW or HK? (Especially if there is something within the January to March time frame.)

As Chinese archery festivals are usually in the northwest of the country, they tend to avoid the earliest months due to cold weather. I'll check for you around March in Qinghai; but it will still be cold. :(
