Help needed for Korean traditional archery board

Dear Friends,

I need assistance from a few people who are interested in Korean traditional archery (KTA). My KTA website and the goongdo yahoogroup are not enough to educate and disseminate information on the subject. For that reason, I will be starting a discussion board focusing exclusively on Korean traditional archery; I hope for it to become an information clearinghouse on the subject and also the foundation of an international organization. Unfortunately, it is a lot more than one person can do.

I would like to ask for a few interested people to help out as either administrators or moderators. Initially, categories and forums need to be set up and then it can be opened to the general public.

For all who are interested, please contact me.

We now have three new moderators, so the site is ready to go active:

Whereas ATARN is for the scholarly discussion of all Asian archery, the new board is dedicated to the scholarly discussion of Korean traditional archery in particular. The KTA board will go hand-in-hand with ATARN--I put a hyperlink in the navigation menu.

Wish you all the best in the venture, Tom.

I have joined up on the principle that knowledge of one kind of archery can illuminate another.

It is good that the example of ATARN can be used to further specific forms of archery.

Thanks, guys. Already, posts have been made that will be a benefit to those interested in KTA. I look forward to those yet to come.

Wish I could help too, but don't think thats possible at present.
I'm sure you have already found some dedicated people with proper knowledge that are up to the task.

Interest in the Korean traditional archery has grown quite fast in the recent past.

Good luck!

Ashbow,

Yes, we have three moderators now, which should be enough for the time being. However, please feel free to stop by and share any interest you have with others.
