Arrowsmith in Mito?
Ill be in Japan this week; got word that in Mito, close to Tokai Mura, there is an arrowsmith. I did a search and couldnt find a trace...any ideas?

Well I don't understand japanese, so googling for an arrowsmith or fletcher has not brought up anything, but I found a kyudo club at Tokai university - Kanagawa - they probably know, but it's a long trip.

just arrived back home after 24 hrs trip. In any case, I ran out of time since we were working till late night for the experiments. There was a tourism office where they could tell me how to find him, but I was really busy and got no time for sightseeing. I always go once a year there, so probably next December Ill book some holidays.
What is fantastic is the bamboo. On my ride to the Narita airport, tons of bamboo trees, easily 5 meter tall, gorgeous staff, interesting landscape and culture.
