How many bows in progress?
I am very patiently waiting for my first horn bow to dry. The last layer of sinew went on October 20th, my plan was to let it season for 6 months, which put me into April before I can start up again.
How many different bows does everyone have in progress? Waiting might be easier if I started a second bow. I have been experimenting with some hickory backed ipe long bows, but that horn bow just keeps talking to me...

You could of course start on a new hornbow, but personally I suggest you go out and shoot with one of your other bows - live some in the moment.

i always have numerous bows on the go, in various stages. Working on something else will take your mind off the other one, and you'll have a good time and gain skills.
Having finished my first bow was such a relief, hehe. As Radius, I have started on several bows, in different stages. Even some finished that I haven't managed to brace because of different constructional flaws. The number is about 10, for the moment :oops:
