My composite bow
139cm outter curve
Sal 26cm (bending part)
Kassan 10cm with horn and 15 without horn (non bending part)
Horn 6mm thick (overly thick, I know) from end of V-splice to quite near end of sal.
V-splice only 9cm long (should be longer....)
Limb width 32mm for most of sal, tapering some millimeter from mid limb
Handle namaskar wood. Limb white ash. 3 Piece construction.
I am aiming 55# @29", what thickness should I use for sal?
I was thinking of 15mm at end of V-splice,10mm in 4cm of sal and 9mm in sal-kassan transition point. Do you think this is reasonable ?
(NO need to answer anymore, It is allready done.)
I am thinking of putting perhaps 3mm sinew and wrapping the V-splice and 5-10cm at the start of kassan with under 1mm thick rawhide(best friend) on top of sinew.
All comments, specially constructively critical ones, welcome.

2nd sinew layer drying up. I do not like the upper limb...
