Project of chinese bow.
It is not project realy. It is just example of usage of corel draw on bitmap images. The bow is chinese child bow and is from some letter posted on atarn main site. As letter say it is 2/3 of adult bow but it have same shape as adult bow. It is easy to multiply dimension of this bow with 3/2 and you will have dimension for adult bow.
The is original picture of kid bow. Can somebody tell me who posted that letter? I need few more information about that kid bow. For example this bow is computer modifed but how much? I see that both limbs are mirrored.
I posted that. The limbs are mirrored and the string bridges were added as they had been lost in the original.
Can you tall me something more about this bow? You wrote that lenght tip to tip is 123.5 cm along limbs but belly or back? Does limbs have same width trought hole limb or thay narrows at the and?
That was a belly measurement. The limbs do not start to narrow until after the siyah joint (i.e. above the string bridge.) There is significant narrowing at the grip, however.
