I found this site today and thought it might be of interest.

You need to sign in with a name, email address and organisation but they don't seem to do any checking on it so putting ATARN as the organisation should be fine.
It's a bit chunky to search. Basically you have to select a country, a city and then a place you want to view and finally a subject before pressing the search button.
I did that for Turkey, Istanbul, The Military Museum and then Arms and Armour. Which got me to this point - http://www.turkishculture.org/dia/index ... &page_no=0. This section has some nice photos of arrows, sipahs, bows and armour.
