Polish Book on Thumbring Archery

A quick scan seemed to prove that this book was not mentioned yet on this forum, so here is my first topic on ATARN.
A new book on thumbring archery has been published: Sztuka posługiwania się łukiem refleksyjnym by Adam Swoboda. The book has lots of color pictures, and describes many ways to perform the thumb draw (according to the numeric system as in "Saracen Archery").
An impression of the contents can be obtained from his website Zekier and the book can also be ordered at several Polish archery shops.

I recommend the book, it is really comprehensive and has clarified a lot of issues which I had regarding technique.
The author is currently working on a translation in English which should be available at the end of 2012.

I believe that I have a excerpt of this book in English. The small portion that I have is well written, and informative.
