Hi all!

I recently wrote two articles for the current issue of the Journal of Chinese Martial Studies, Winter 2012. Issue 6. Three-In-One Press, Hong Kong:

INTERVIEW WITH KUKU, THE LAST KNOWN MANCHU ARCHER, 8 pages.
An article about our encounter with Ku Ku in Singapore of January this year.

A PRACTICAL GUIDE TO MANCHU MILITARY ARCHERY, 26 pages.
An elaboration about my attempts to reconstruct the Qing military style of archery, concluded with a step-by-step description of the method with pictures.

Let me know what you guys think!

Peter, are there any updates on this?

I am particularly looking for material on the construction of the Manchu Bows but to date not finding much.

Your articles so far have the most information on the overal subject, do you have any on the construction of them?
