2012 Qinghai Traditional Archery Competition (July 23--26)
Looking for a mid-summer archery retreat to China? Because of a new round of sponsorship, more spots are available for the Qinghai International Traditional Archery Tournament on July 23rd--26th (including a seminar). As long as you're able to obtain a Tourist visa to China, the organizers will book flight tickets on your behalf! Spots are limited, and there is a maximum of 5 participants per country. Competition categories are (a) 30/50m for natural-material traditional bows, (b) 40/60m for modern-material traditional bows, and (c) 60/80m for barebow recurves with shelves. Arrows for the categories (a) and (b) must be made of wood/bamboo, use natural feathers, and must have nocks made of natural materials.
