Yokhua,
I'm not an expert but I find you have an innate sense of elegance.
I like very much your work, the design of bow is very impressive.
It would be pretty - if you have time - to have a kind of tutorial or some tips about the way you make your arrows. This could be helpful for me.
Best regards
Gianrico

Yohua, how many times do you size the belly core for the horn?
And do you size the back for the sinew?
And do you size the back for the sinew?
Actually, I don't remember how many times I size the belly core for the horn strips!! This is what I do: Apply very thin glue(like water) on the core and horn, let it dry then apply them again. Thicken the glue gradually and repeat the process mentioned before till there is a glass like glue form on both side. Finally, apply the glue for the very last time, and let it "half dry" then bind them together by using the binding tool. That will squeeze the extra glue out.
Sizing normally takes about 2~3 days for me.
As for the back, Prior to sinew apply, send the surface by using find sand paper, treat the back side of the core by alcohol. Then a layer of glue applied. The sinew can be applied.
