ready lot of flat horn strips 50-75 cm for making horn bows

i always want to offer bowyer to making horn bow,tranditional bow are full of market,i guess many bowyer are boring for making them again,so,i start to offer them horn strips to them,i guess there are 1000pcs/year horn bow market,may be more or even to 5000pcs horn bow come to this world to satisfying new request.
we make new type of flat(not flat%) horn strips 50-75cm for making horn bowsyou will make them to make good horn bow,i think it will make your work more easy,as we prepare the strips in flat ,so, it is more easy to put them on bow core,of course you should polish them again or modifying them beauty and hard.

these horn strips are cutted from waterbufello horns:
1 piece is cutted from 1 horn.smooth surface on both side for your easy working on making horn bow.
Each horn strips is diffirent,you know we cut them by hand,not from mould,so,picture just show most similar shape,but the size is similar more or less,
how to flat them before put them on core?below is just advice,each person have his exprence on how to do:
heating these horn strips inside hot stream or hot oil or heating stove till hot( 50-70 degrees Celsius） and soft total of it inside about 10-20 minutes and then turn around( or clap them) to opposite direction for making them flat,if temperature is right,the strips can't return and fix new shape always.note: cold them in natural weather,not use cold water, and less heating them is better,as each heating will lose its natural Biological glue=losing their natural Elasticity and some excises will let you become expert,not difficult at all.
and then you cut them in your size and polish them on both side for making beauty and easy working on core and so on. longth :50-75cm：19.5-29.5inches about
thickness(root,medium part and tip) avarage:2-3mm,4-5mm,7-9mm
widest part about:5-5.5cm
width in smallest part :2-2.2cm

Each bowyer and bow player know Horn bow should take the king position in tranditional bow worlds,good quality horn bow is very expensive:normally price is 1000$-3000$/pc and i am sure each bow lover want his own horn bow in his life at least 1 pcs for enjoying shooting.
