Help needs to find a topic

There was a very informative topic, about a year or two ago from bow strenght or turn to it that(?).
Someone wrote datas from chinese military bow strenght. How it change after centuries, from high weight ~ 160# (?) to 95# if I remember well.
It was years ago and now I need those datas for an article. Couldn't find that topic :(

Sadly it was just a conversation and not a full topic. Hope someone will remember for that.

We talk about that the masurement of dinasties was different. There was a post from chinese warbow strenght in about a dozen of dinasties.
Someone sad it shows the bows made better and better.....etc.

Just like to strenght Adams opinion from the averidge warbow strenght (~120#)from another sight.
It needs for an article from hornbow strings.

Rewrited that part and sent the article so the question is not so important from now.
