Dear all,
I would like to point on one mistake in the presented form of my article - in the paragraph above the picture 3, which begins : On picture 3, there are hind leg tendons ... - in the sentence : It is worth to try to convert them into whole length threads, which is impossible with outer tendon ... have to be ... which isn't impossible with outer tendon. It means it is easier to defiber that outer tendon than inner (achilles) tendon. Also in the beginning of the second line of this paragraph perhaps it will be better to use an expression "that rear tendons are much longer" instead of "that back tendons ...", to be clearer.

Jano, the last picture of your artikel is placed over some of the written text so it cannot be read properly. No big deal, just to let you know. This artikel is very interesting and I find it to be a useful source of information (to explain to the butcher exactly what I want :D ).
