ABOUT 50-60CM HORN
i buy two pair horn long at 55-60, it is form top to end all horn length,the narrow of horn top part is 10-15 cm, i want to use narrow part as kansan, it possible? a friend of me worry the horn at handel no enough stronger, it is not right horn part at handle i use for ears, the horn is negative direction use it

The tip of the horn should be the handle. You have them the wrong way round.
yes , we know all hornbow use tip as handel, i has try sand the horn and bend it for know why it is not use tip as ears, it is a good horn kansan
You want the thicker horn at the handle and through the bending section and with the thickness naturally tapering the base of the horn is perfect for the kasan where you don't want or need thicker horn. It's better to make the kasan mainly wood to keep the weight of the outer limbs down.
you are right but later i only thicker a few horn on tip part , when i bend it , all horn as a straight line shape, l lost a natural horn kansan but it can make a good kansan eye at horn where is solid, maybe it is very easy than use wood the kansan eye have not more strong turn flat when the fell draw the bow,
my wood still on a tree not cut and split, so the one plane project is sinew back horn , a wood handel and kansan , no core, when next year wood dry, it well be add the core
