Mulberry is the most traditional for a Korean horn bow. Try Murray Gaskins:

My contact in Hebei has a good supply of black mulberry wood. I could get a few pieces; but it could be expensive to send. Where are you? What are the biosecurity regs?
im in minnesota, im not sure what the bio regs are. hmmmm ill have to look into those other sights though.
Osage; you could try Gary Davis he lives in Chesaning MI, phone# 989-845-7740. Gary deals with alot of osage and may have some small pieces that he may part with, and I hope he is close enough to you that you can visit.
