horn sources in germany

does anyone have any idea where I can get in germany adequate hornmaterial for turkish bows?
it would be great if the source did not charge an arm and a leg. I have found some orynx antelope horns quite expensive and have no idea if they are good enough.
couple of months ago I bought some white longhorns and they proved to be unusable after cutting them up. first because they are twisted ans secondly because they splinter and are layered.

Try it: dick gmbh, feine Werkzeuge. Go to:" Materialien". There you can find hornstrips, around 40 cm long.
again.....don?t buy these hornstrips!!
