This site shows a series of small screen captures of an old man (presumably mongolian) making a bow in a documentry. Pictures are not very clear but it might be of interest to you guys.

I have the impression that he is doing repairs on an old Manchu bow with cut-down siyahs. The bow that he is handling is clearly not contemporary.
